Hello,

I am attempting to bring in some "invisible" changes into the phpbb forum.

However, due to my utter lack of phpbb knowledge, there will be periods where the forum won't even work.

Some changes, that I am trying to get the forum to accept the various brutal rear-end actions; are as follows:

1. DNS Black Lists for spam bots
2. (still looking at some modifications)
